The GTL provides Programme and Business Analyst skills to enable P97 to develop its European presence in the energy retail market. We’ve been able to deliver a number ofprojects to meet the needs of the P97 customers and continue to be an active partner.

The club recognised there was a need to think about the future and how to overcome an aging membership. We assisted in developing a 5 yearplan including the mission and vision for the club. The focus being on how to maintain existing members while increasing a younger generation to become involved. As a result of developing the 5 year plan the club has now been able to deliver on some key activities from increasing the online presence to providing support for more modern MV Agustabikes.remote access protocols.

The Club is going through a major assessment of its business IT systems and TheGTLhas been leading the requirements elicitation phase. The club is currently investigating a possible investment in further IT systems to address shortfalls in the current systems and to future-proof the clubs IT offering to its members. The project is envisaged to begin the development of additional technology and business processes with the intention of supporting all aspects of the club’s business now and in the future.r systems running smoothly.

Our client wanted to look at the future of automotive design and connected with TheGTL to understand what the future could look like.  Using our expertise will looked at markets, technology and existing solutions to identify new opportunities.
